ok here it is i have my b16 in my civic it did start for me no cel nothing i got in it and i heard the timing belt hitting the plastic so i took the valve cover off and sure enought it was loose as hell i tired to turn the tensioner bolt but it was tight as hell so i loosened it and did the old turn five times and it was still loose now i noticed that the bolt on the tensioner was in kinda like this // and i know that is not good i put some pressure on the bottom of the tensioner with a screw driver and the belt got really tight so i tried to tighten the bolt but it will not go thur i can't get the crank pulley off to really work on it is there anything i can do that will help me with my problem guys thanks
