I'm swapping out my rear drums on a 94 hatch with rear discs from a 93 del sol. Do I have to use the whole trailing arm assembly? Can I use the del sol e-brake cables, master cylinder, and prop valve also?

yep, the whole trailing arm assembly.. e-brake cables..
you don't need to use the master cyclinder or prop valve.. well.. unless the prop valve is different.
