Sounds good to me. What were your mph and 60-foot?

Not a bad time....not great, but nothing to be ashamed of either.

probably 15 something in the 1/4 trapping around 90 ish. shoot for a 2.2 60'. that's pretty decent on street tires.

Good luck getting into fontana, you need to be there at like 5am to get a tech ticket. Im guessing you were at Irwindale last night, i was thinking of going but got busy with work and couldnt go, was it packed?

Anyway your times arent the best but you could always get better. You should see 9s easy. What tranny are you using? Practice makes perfect.

I think you should be well in the 9s. I ran a 9.9 at irwindale, back when I had my d16z6. It was on street tires. You just need to get better, since it was your first time.

if it's the ls tranny, i would be suprised to see it break 9.5. those gears just suck. get shorter gears and you'll be a lot quicker.

Whoops, it was a typo. I meant 9.9. But it would be nice if I could get a 9.1 pulled with a SOHC.

10.1*1.55= 15.655

Thats a terrible time. I ran a 15.1 with my old stock LS EG hatch last year...with the LS trans. That was in Englishtown which isn't too far above sea level. I dunno what the elevation there is.

But still an LS with raised compression and GSR trans should defenitly be into the 9s.
