I NEEEED SOME TIMING HELP ASAP!
ok i just did the water pump and timing belt on my b16....i lined the marks up as in honda's specifications, white mark on the lower cover and the cam gears lined up the right way as well....i drove the car for about 550-600 running fine but the problem i have now is it sounds real bad like the timing is off and it has about as much power as a HF crx....it sounds kinda like something is rubbing i checked my covers and i don't believe they are rubbing, it sounds like its coming from the cams...with my timing marks on my cams lined up and my #1 piston at TDC the white line on my crank pulley is still lined up and my motor still runs so i know it didnt jump a tooth. i didnt mess with ignition timing at all and i have no idea what it could possibly be...i have no DTC's and it starts right up....i need some help bad cuz right now im lost and have no clue what to even check...i got new plugs and wires and everything before i did the waterpump and timing belt so i know they are fine....PLEASSSSSSSEEEEEE HELP!!!!!!!

try loosening the tensioner and taking the belt off and align the crank pully and cam gears at tdc. then put the belt on and turn the motor over manually counter clock wise 3 or 4 teeth on the cam gears then tighten the tensioner and turn motor over manually one full stroke and set at tdc to see if t-belt is tight
