Default I need a ricer Test Pipe

Yeah you read right, but before you jump down my throat just listen. My friend's Random Tech Cat busted and we're in the process of gettin it replaced by RT which btw has been extremely helpful. So while we send hers in to get the credit for a replacement, I need a bolt on Ricer Test Pipe or whatever with O2 bung so we don't throw codes. I tried ebay and used the keywords 96-98 Civic Testpipe, cat converter, cat and so and got no results. It has to be bolt on, anyone have any ideas on where to get one for extremely cheap?

I've already thought of just having a muffler shop make one but they'd need the flanges and I can't send RT back their cat with no flanges. TIA

here's an idea, take it to a muffler shop, have them cut off the flanges and weld the test pipe there and whenever you get the cat back, have them cut off the test pipe and weld on the flanges. alot of work but it'll work

an exhaust shop will not install a test pipe in your vehicle. If any shop is found to be installing a test pipe/converter bypass of any kind, there is a hefty hefty fine plus they will lose their liscence. The same goes for trying to install a catalytic converter from another vehicle on a vehicle the converter didnt specifically come from (i.e., its still illegal to put a cat from one 95 civic EX onto another 95 civic EX because it isnt from that specific car)

I put a SS Resonator from Toucan Industries on mine.
Didnt change the sound at all, just made it louder.
It may all be mental, but I felt the difference when I put it on.
good luck

Who?

TommyTom83, I'll hit you up in a couple of days to let you know, def. interested. Did you ever test fit it to see if it was a true bolt-on? Thanks to everyone that responded. Also, I'd go with Kteller but the last time I checked they didn't have bolt-on cat or resonator so...........

Yeah, the title shames me too but it can't be helped sometimes in tight binds.
