Default I need opinions on this hatchback

A guy I've met a few times is trying to get me to buy his car.I am reducing my driving inventory by one vehicle(Yukon)due to severe economical strain on my wallet from upgrading and the price of black gold.
I am going to get another car and I was wondering if you guys could Critique his "Brochure" for this car and give me feedback-This is the first time i will be buying a used honda that has modifications and i dont want to get my arm ripped off in this deal.He wants in the 8600 - 9000 price range. All opinions and input are welcome and appreciated. Thanks guys.

That car is pretty clean, but the price is too high... Try to talk him down to around $6500. Good luck!

Seems like "Spanky" is a popular name for hatchbacks.

8-9k for an ls swap? lol no way man. rip off. you can find an ek with a swap for that much. You can find an eg w/ a swap for under 6500 if you look around.

hmm .. he has a non-functional WRX hood with a white neon, IMO im not down with the show, if he kicked that hood for a CF or plain hood.

aftermarket products depreciate the value of the car. don't pay that much for it. Although it's also not a good idea to buy a car that's fixed up like that.

The car is WAY over priced!! Ask about 6500 or so. Plus like others say you probably dont want to buy a car fixed up already.....more satification doing it yourself knowing it was done right . Good luck on whatever you choose.
