How low are you first of all? Did you get an alignment after you lowered your car? Most likely your tire wear is from your toe being off.

oh my. Heres the deal, try and setup to look as close to stock as possible before install. Second, make sure they are all the same in measurements(as close as you can get before you align it). Now if you are looking straight in the wheel well at the upper control arm, the chamber kits need to plare towards you. So, bust off the old bolts and connection peice of your control arm and install those bad boys....

Look at the shock tower from under your hood. If you look at the two 14mm bolts on the tower, there will be two bigger bolts next to them. I believe they are 17mm bolts.
Those are the bolts that hold in your old camber kit (which does not adjust), You will have to unbolt the 17mm bolts from the top and then push the upper control arm down....
I hope I am of some luck....

Install depends on what type of kit it is. This shouldnt really take you more than half an hour to an hour tops. If its a skunk 2 type kit remove your upper arm by siconnecting your upper balljoint and the two bolts which are under the hood which connect the arm to the car. Then just replace the arm with the kit. If its an Ingles type kit, remove the arm as before but the replace the two bolt pieces on each arm shouldnt be too hard. Then get an alignment. Calm down it sounds like you are on the brink of death or something. Its just a little camber wear.
