I need help with my car :(

hello i drive a 96 civic hatchback. i bought it with a b16a2 motor, about 2 weeks ago i was at a car wash and someone backed up into my front end, the only damage to the front end was the left headlight cracked and so did the bumper from the same spot, my airbag also deployed and cracked my windshield, after i exchanged information with the other driver i tried turning on my car and it would not start, i towed the car home and my brother checked it out for me, he says there is no fuel going through, he says he checked the fuel pump and its not working, can a small hit cause my car to die?

Dont know how its like on your US civics, But on most EU cars, when the airbag is deployed, the car refuses to start. As a security measure.
F.ex, a person in shock that just caused an accident could be tempted to drive away from the scene. Even though he's in legoland in his head.

Also, a car that's been in a accident that caused the airbags to explode, would need extensive repairs in most cases. Wich means the car will most likely be dangerous to drive further on.

Consult with your local Mr.Honda to confirm if this is a case on your model.

Re: (shorsh)

Pull the positive battery cable for a couple minutes. That will reset the ECU. This might be the only problem as many cars have a no-start issue after they're smashed up.
