I NEED HELP BAD, SWAP GONE WRONG
Hi, i'm new to the site because I am simply out of options, and Honda-tech seems to have the best help.
My situation is this. I have a 95 Civic CX eg, I was talked into doing the "oh so simple b18A1 swap" Well I bought a used 93 b18a off my buddy, put a 95 ls transmission on it, and put a 95 ls engine harness on it (for the tb mounted map, and the vss). I am using the pr4 ECU, from the original 93 ls. I was told this would be fine from numerous people (who knows though) I recently did the swap after fighting with motor mounts, and i am getting absolutely no spark. I put the p54 ECU into my buddy's running 95 ls integra, started right up, so the ECU must be good. now I've tried 3 different dizzy's and no luck. i have my water neck ground, my valve cover to core support ground, and my tranny to chassis ground. still no spark. slim chance the three dizzys are bad. Checked my main relay, it clicks when trying to start the car. ive tried everything no luck please help. ANY suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Did you pull the plugs and visually come to the conclusion that you don't have spark?
Not really related but I recently got done replacing my dads engine in his 4runner. We didn't have spark on initial start up either. Turned out it was loose connections to the ECU so make sure all of those connections are tight and snug.

Yeah i tested for spark by pulling a plug. and like I mentioned three dizzy's later, nothing. and Yes my CEL continues to stay on, which i know usually means bad ecu, but i even tested my ECU in another car.

No, I just haven't bothered, i'm new this stuff, even if I pull a code will there be a code to tell me why I have no spark?
I should also add that I am getting fuel, Ive been ready that fuse 24 controls fuel, does it also have anything to do with the dizzy, or ECU by any chance?

It could be part of the issue that you have a cell...I would start there!
Here is how to check...

Well, it's not going to read it out to you or anything...lol...but could lead to whats wrong...could be code 15 ignition ouput. But I don't even know if that would cause "absolute NO spark" to be honest...maybe grumblemarc or ronj will chime in.
Do you have a haynes/Helms/chiltons manual?

Been doing research, at first i took the main relay out of the equation cause it clicks, but after reading further that its not clicking at the correct times. if my main relay was bad would i be getting fuel?

You're running a Integra harness on a Civic..? I'm not sure about EG's, but on EK's you can only run Civic harnesses due to different ECU plug setups. Might want to look into that.

check the ground on the thermostat housing. You probably didn't bolt that back on. Check your trans to frame rail grounding strap too.
It could also be just a bad distributor or something. Was the distributor in good shape when the motor was in his car? Have you tried substituing out the distributor for another known good one?

I'm using the civic cabin harness which is what plugs into the ecu, but what you said confuses me anyway, if your putting a integra motor and ecu in shouldn't you want the integra harness?

check the fuse panel under the hood, there should be a ignition fuse 50A i believe, check and see if its burnt or something. Does the engine crank at all? Or is just hold the key in the start position and nothing?

Re: I NEED HELP BAD, SWAP GONE WRONG
It cranks, and ive been through most of the fuses, i will double check tmrw but i think there all good, and i should have mentioned that i am getting 12v TO the dizzy, just cant check if im getting it out, the multimeter i had was borrowed from a friend, and no test light.
