Fuel Pump not working!!

Relay is 2 days old.
Relay getting power and working.
Fuel Pump is in working order (*Hotwired)
I checked for power in the wires to the pump. Only one is getting very LITTLE power.

Please help me!!

Is it the ECU? Grounds? Wiring?

<-- Y7 on P06 here, everything works great.

was your P28 converted to run your Y7?

only thing I can think of is a loose ground because you said it's getting LOW voltage. Usually if it was something malfunctioning it would be either full power, or no power, not constant low power.

this is all IMO good luck.

The p28 wasnt converted as i was planing to put a z6 head on the y7 block.

grounds that i've checked and are tight:

valve cover to front

passenger mount to body

tranny to body

Am I missing a big ground somewhere?

About the low voltage, tested it with a test light and the light is very dim...

Any more sugestions?
