What about "Radio Cigarette Lighter" 15 amp fuse?

If the radio ejects cds, that means it has power.

I would check the wireharness for anything wierd.

Who did the wiring for the radio? Double check to see if anything came loose, or just has a loose connection between the crimps. Take everything back out, and connect it back in. If you want to be sure, start the wire harness over again and solder the connections with heatshrink over it.
