Default I must have missed this.

But when converting to OBD 1 from OBD 2 what ECU is best? Certain one I should go for? Suggested chip? Seriously I know I sometimes post the obvious questions but
I mostly want to be sure of what I am doing before I do something.

Thanks guys.

Chris

pick the ecu that goes with the motor you have. If you get a chip you need to get tuned.

I have a 2000 Si. If I choose a ecu that goes with the car, I will still be OBD2. Sorry
I should have stated what I had.

he means pick the closest engine match that runs an OBD1 ECU.
which in your case would be a P30.
a P28 or P72 will work also but you will have to chip & tune it to have the right fuel/ignition maps.
