ok so the kit comes with the HOME MADE mani, garret t25, oil lines boost controller, turbo gauge boost gauge, fuel pump, bov, internal waste gate, a side mount inter cooler that i will probably change to a front mount.
correct me if im wrong please. Ok so i need like 340cc injectors(im only going to be running the turbo at about 7psi),down pipe, intercooler piping or brand new intercooler and piping, and maybe some gaskets

i just bought all of the top stuff on ebay. for like 275 shipped and the turbo only has 2months on it. the mani may need to be replaced if it works im keeping it though, its a stock civic exhaust that was cut and hooked up to the turbo. but is there any thing else that i need??

Re: (big-cat)
you should post this in the FI forum but you really dont need new injectors, at 7 psi you arent going to be breaking 200whp

i wouldnt use the stock 240cc inj for any amount of boost, you will also need some type of fuel management, whether it be an AFC and FMU, or chipped ecu. good tuning is key to making power and keeping it, so either dyno time or a wideband and some street time is also needed. hope it works out.

Re: (schardbody)
the stock injectors will be fine for that amount of boost they wont go over 80% duty cycle, i do somewhat agree with yor tuning statement, DO NOT get a FMU or AFC they areny worth it and are crap compared to a crome chipped ecu

well, 80% duty cycle is maxed in my opinion. i prefer to stay under 70%. as for the afc and FMU, i agree w/ you both are junk and combined cost 3x what a chipped ecu will cost, but for some reason people on a budget still prefer them.

I've tried your steup once and I know for sure you will need the "missing link" so your cel wont come on like every 2 days. But I think you've got everything else covered. I would recommend bigger injector cuz after like 75-80 mph I've notice that on my car the mph doesn't really climb up as fast anymore. With this set up you could actually keep up with b16 swapped cars. Good luck!

keep up w/ B16 hatches, haha, you better be eating them for lunch. a turbo'd D hatch can hit 13s easily. missing link is a good idea if you dont like the check valve method.

what does the injector size have to do with the acceleration of the car? that makes no sense, as for the car not accelerating as fast anymore i bet its due to the fact that you are getting use to the speed and it doesnt seem fast anymore...

i do know that my injectors are to big. but ill take what ever comes with the kit. plus i think i can adjust the air to fuel ratio with this apexi chip ive seen for like 350$. but stock injectors? wouldnt i run really lean, and possibly over heat my engine? if i hit 14's in the quarter i will be happy. cause i have a side mount intercooler right now(hope to be upgrading soon)

the fuel pump isnt the issue, its the stock injectors. stock injectors w/ an FMU will work fine if you are on a budget i guess. best route is to get a chipped ecu. and if it where me it would be bigger injectors and chipped ecu, then dyno tuned.
