Start with the basics: Intake, Headers, Exhaust. From there your wallet is the limit. But I would start an obd1 convertion, Skunk2 cams, Valve train, & Intake manifold. This hould be a pretty good setup to get you started.

i would start with the suspension and a good set of tires, you already have the evo though so is this just as a daily driver?

I would start seriously thinking about what you want from this car, ultimately. Some serious thinking....no haste what-so-ever. Then when you've come up with what you want to do to your car...come back and see us

I would say build that beotch from the ground with your ultimate goal in mind. If you're thinking auto-x, go with some badass suspension. You'll obviously need some power adders, but keep your design in mind (if you're gonna turbo that beast, might as well not "waste" money on a nice header or anything...)

Re: (jeffk182)
Anybody from cali, or the ATL like myself, needs to start with some security. From that point on, the choices are endless. Depends on how much u plan to drive the beast. Will this be a daily driver or a track car? if you have an evo, i would guess daily, but I dont know.
