I have some Z6 swap questions
I recently purchased a 92 CX with a full y8 swap. The swap was approaching over 100k miles and someone offered to trade me their 60k Z6 with modified MSD distributor for my y8 block.
I have the motor completely in and have resolved most issues but I am having trouble with a few vaccum lines. I think its just playing with me maybe because the Y8 manifold is setup different so they cut the excess vaccum lines. I just need to know where the fuel return is supposed to run to (from the fuel rail) and what vaccum line runs to the top of the throttle body.
Lastly I am wondering if you need to swap Throttle Cables when doing the y8 swap because I went to swap brackets (that holds the throttle cable next to the throttle body) and noticed the brackets were setup different and the Z6 bracket isnt even fitting over my throttle cable thats currently in the car
