I have some kind of TROUBLE
I drive a Civic EX with SOHC, I got new tranny and new ACT clutch 4 months ago,but now when I drive my car in high rpms, around 7000, I shift to 2nd, and the rpm doesn't go down at all, it stayed around 6500 it sounds weird like the rpm goes up, but then the car is not moving any faster at all, the mph goes up really slow. I don't know what happen, it only happens sometimes. Reply to me if you have any idea.

slipping clutch.
Did the flywheel get resurfaced? If it has scorch/ grooves in the mating surface, thats your problem, slippage!
if you have an oil leak from your rear main oil seal, it can possibly get on your clutch/flywheel and soak it in oil, causing it to slip.

I don't think I have an oil leak, because the slippy only happen once a while, I do think it's something about the clutch and flywheel, maybe there are not aliglie. Thanx tho, I'll consider what you said
