What?
I had to read that over and over again.
Anyway,
Is your check engine light on? Check codes and report back if you have any. If you do not, it could be a problem with the vacuum lines. Make sure all vacuum lines are capped off, and check the obvious.

Yup, sounds like a distributor problem. But just fyi, that canister is worthless, only used for emissions. I say take it out, and throw it in the bushes for some minor weight reduction

Re: (hybridracer504)
Take the dist. cap off, see if there is a redish/brownish dust on the inside. If there is, you know for sure that it's toast.

Actually Code 6 is Crank Angle. I am unfamiliar w/ a Code 4. When you checked the code did you jump the svc connector and see 4 quick flashes or where there long flashes and short ones?

Both my Helms manual and the Hondata website list a code 4 as the crank sensor: http://www.hondata.com/techecucodes.html
Code 6 is coolant temperature sensor.

Hahaha. That's funny. Mine says Code 6 for crank angle sensor and for Coolant Temp Sensor it says Code 86. Wierd.

Odd indeed. OBD-2 code 86 (P0116) is for the coolant temp sensor. Also code 6 (P0117, P0118) relate to the coolant temp sensor as well.
Which manual are you referring to?

Ahh Yes I see. I simply just can't follow a straight line as I read across. As I use my professional training tool (notebook paper) I now see my mistakes.
These are all OBD2 codes I am pulling.
P0116 = ECT sensor circuit range/performance problem (Code 86)
P0117 = ECT sensor circuit low imput (Code 6)
P0118 = ECT sensor circuit high input (Code 6)
When I pull an OBD1 code though Code 4 does infact = CKP (crankshaft position sensor) and Code 6 says collant temp.
