Default I Have a Problem

94 Civic Si is what i own (bone stock)

the car feels like it has full power but it feels like hit a fuel cut at 5500

im not throwing any codes but i was throwing the Oxygen sensor heater code(41) so i replaced that and cleared the ECU

so what do you think it might be?

A-ECU (p28) is bad
B-Tach is off by 1700 (7200 redline)
C-something else

i have oil (just changed Mobil 1 full synthetic 5w-30)
no more codes in the ECU (i have jumpered the plug but light stays on like it should when jumpered)
