I have pressure on the pedal but no clutch
So I finished my swap and was testing it out around the neighborhood, everything was good, the clutch felt great, then it suddenly gives out. I still have pressure on the pedal, fluid in the reservoir, and I don't see any leaks....
I just finished flushing and bleeding the system...
Any ideas what it could be? Maybe left some air in the lines?
Any help would be awesome

Re: I have pressure on the pedal but no clutch
A bent clutch fork or un-bled slave cylinder/hydraulic system would affect the ability to DISengage the clutch...not to let the clutch engage.
Clutches engage mechanically via the pressure plate springs. You likely need a clutch or you did some damage to your trans and the gears aren't engaging.
I also think the terminology gets a little confused:
Clutch engaged means the clutch is allowing the engine to power the input shaft. This condition normally occurs while the clutch pedal travels UP.
Clutch disengaged means the clutch is NOT allowing motion transfer from the engine to the input shaft. Normally, this happens as the clutch pedal travels DOWN.
Does your pedal have any freeplay at the top of the pedal travel? How old is your clutch? What type of clutch?

And it's the stock clutch with 43000 miles on it.
I was told it was fine when I bought the swap so I left it in the attempt to save a few dollars...

Does the speedo move when you put it in gear and let go of the clutch? If so...your axle may have popped out.

Well then that's good news for you. Means the output shaft is transmitting also.
Get underneath the car. Good probability than an axle popped out of the trans/intermediate shaft.
Check your fluid if an axle did pop out.

Good call bro! Sure enough the passenger side axle is sitting out of the housing about an inch... I must have not snapped it in all the way. I'll put it back in and hopefully that'll solve all my problems

Axle was a bitch to get back in! I topped off the tranny fluid, and it runs and drives perfect now.I didn't have it snapped in all the way the first time.
Thanks fellas
