I Have Options!
Hello I am very new to these forums but im in a situation. my parents are giving me two options,
1. Honda Civic Ex 4 Door 1999 with 119,000 + miles.
2. Honda Civic 2 Door 1997 with 327,000 + miles.
i would honestly pic the number two but im afraid it will just die on me becasue of how much miles it has, i need opinions please.
any help will be appreciated, thanks.

If you are just using it for transportation, I would favor the 4 door more than the coupe. Or if you are going to college, 4 door.
If you want to build it, and swap it, etc, get the coupe... project car. And with that many miles on it, better not be paying over 200 for it, lol.

yeah but it'd be a waist of money on that engine. Probably hurt more than it'd help. I'd save that money... continue to save... and then eventually swap it, or boost it.

Re: I Have Options! (billedoc)
I have a 2000 Ferio(aka 4dr) & my car was originally automatic because I wasn't into Honda's like that @ the time. But yeah I swapped a B16 in mine & it's extremely nice & slept on. You can do anything to the 4dr that you do to the 2dr coupe. Keep that in mind. But I wouldn't want to buy an automatic unless you know how to change it to a manual or know someone who can do it for cheap because it's not worth it. Buy a 5 speed!
