no I don't think any motor comes with a phone or toys but in answer to your ? yes it is an SOHC VTEC motor, you should notice that after 4K it starts to get a little louder while still sounding smooth...this is vtec engaging

you could work on your spelling, or atleast use spell check so you seem like you have some intelligence.

That's a lot of miles. How much are you willing to spend? You could just get a JDM D15B VTEC and install your smog equipment onto it, so you're legal in the fine state of California.

Well buying the motor and tune it up roughly bout $3500. I heard b-series run pretty good on a hatch or h22.

Look into the FAQ's and the "What swap is good for my Civic?" thread at the top of this section.

For 3500 I would just pick up a B18b1 and use it as my daily... save up money and try to afford a CARB legal turbo kit. LSvtec/CRVtec are both out of the question in terms of being smog legal (BAR). If you turbo your car without using a carb legal kit like Greddy/Edlebrock you are pretty much looking for smog/cop trouble. If you happen to not go turbo you can always pick up a USDM GSR(B18c1) motor and get that BAR'd. Its all up to you. How much money you are willing to spend and if you are willing to take the risk of being hassled by the cops and running into smog issues.
