Default I have low compression in my gsr motor

Yesterday, me and my friend did a compression test on my gsr. The second pistion oppsite of distribitor it marked under 50 on the compression test. How can i fix this??? He told me it is only running on three cilindars but i wasnt sure if he is just lying to me . The other three cylindars did between 190 to 200 on the compression test. Should i get a new head for my gsr??? Let me know if i didnt explain myself correctly thanks

ok well ya it does kinda sound like ur runin on 3 cylinders if ur at 50 on one and 180-200 on the other 3 lol. pull the head off, check the valves, check the rings on the piston and see what kinda shape they are in. kinda cant really tell u with the info u listed....

Do a leak down test and figure out where the air is leaking out. Hopefully its not the rings and its probably going through one of the valves = need for a valve adjustment.

Later, I will give more info on the motor when i stop by my friends house. If one piston has low compression would my motor smoke or show me any signs of lag because i dont really trust the person who worked on my car???? I would rather pay raceline an arm an leg than have a rookie mess with my car. I hate people who think they know about hondas but they actually dont know **** all they know is how to change oil and spark plugs

do a leak down test both wet and dry before taking anything apart.

do a leak test, it might just be a valve adjustment, the gap is 7 on intake and 9 on exaust. i doubt it is your gasket (unless you have smoke coming out of you exaust.) Does it backfire at all? And pray its not your rings. by the way dont drive it to much like that, a problem like that can get real bad real fast.

try pouring a small amount of engine oil into your #3cylinder then do the compression test. if it is a valve issue it shouldnt change the compression much if any. but if your rings r bad this will cause your compression to go up.
