I had an idea
I remember a while ago, everyone was talking about running an open downpipe right after they installed their turbo, just for a few blocks or whatever....
Anyway, why wouldnt somebody weld on a cut-out right after the down pipe?? Could that be done to have the open-downpipe setup available at the flip of a switch??
Just was wondering if that would work, tear my theory to pieces if you must.
Peace

if you weld that on, you can open or close the pipe by pulling/pushing the cable

Those things are usually noisy as f*ck. They don't get as good a seal as a real exhaust pipe. But if you don't mind havin a small exhaust leak sound, go for it.
