Hey guys i got a red 1993 del sol si with a 1.6 liter vtec i am planing on geting a supercharger, 1996 front bumper, i want to ether paint or polish the valve cover (what kind of paint should i use) any other sugestions would be great.

congrats man, I would turbo charge it rather then SC. Paint the valve cover red, don't polish it.

I was looking into putting a turbo on it but it is just going to be a daily driver so i don't want the lag of a turbo in the low rpms also what kind of paint should i use.

Turbo, just use a smaller turbo. Less lag. You should paint your cover the same color as your car. Don't polish assuming you mean polish and make it shiny. Just keep it simple.

Definetly. I'd got with a smaller T3 if I were you - execelent Turbo for a daily driver, IMHO

The turbo that comes with the GReddy SOHC kit is pretty darn small. 16G? Bah...name escapes me at this moment.

Anyway, you will see better gains and better potential with a turbo kit, and the lag from the turbo is pretty much a non-issue. I have a friend with a '95 Sol Si with a GReddy kit, running 13.9s at 7 psi.

I personally dig the SC idea. Go with the Jackson Racing. It's tight for daily drive.
