If it's your heatshield, just remove it. Is the rattling noise coming from underneath the front end and is it loud? Or is it soft?

like when i first start the car it rattle pretty load and when i hit the gas and yes its like coming from under the front drivers side

Re: (hypnotic)

This happened with my GSR. The heatshield rattled at 1500 RPMs. Get's very annoying. Just unbolt it and see if there's any rattling left.

yeah happened to me. the bolts are probably rusted and broke in half, if so you'll need to cut that piece with some dykes. wear glasses if you do... i had 8000 pieces of rust hit me in the eye. https://honda-tech.com/forums/images...es/emdgust.gif

i have the same problem, and i noticed it does it worse when it gets cold. I suspected the heat shield also.

Now which heatshield are we talking about? exhaust mani, b-pipe or cat?

Re: (MrIllegalX)

it's most likely the one on the cat, but it could be any one on the exhaust system. you really just have to get under there and look.

well I guess I'll pull them all off. How do those O2 sensors come off? looks like a nut needs to be loosed then they'll slide out?

Re: (MrIllegalX)

Mine was definitely the cat heat shield. Use an open end wrench and just keep turning the O2 sensor until it comes off.
