OP, if you really wanted help, you would of asked a question. You didnt. If you want to learn, you will spend the next few days searching the thousands of things on this site. Start in the FAQs.
After you spend at least a few hours reading and learning, then spend another hour reading more. If you have a specific question SEARCH. Almost everything you can think of has been covered. If you have searched (and i mean trying more than a couple different searches) then get on here and post a question. Ask the question clearly, and in sentence format, and then we can help you.
Help yourself first.

Ignore him man, hes an idiot. Thats the only way he will leave. Anyway.
Heres your advice.
Other than what I told you earlier, you need to figure out what you want out of your car. Are you going to drag race it, autocross it, show it, or are you building it just for yourself.
You sound like you just wanna learn. Easiest way to do that is by reading up, and doing the simple stuff. Get some bolt ons, dont spend a lot of money on them, cause you may not even end up using them later on. Do simple things, and you will learn more about your car.
Answer what I said earlier (about what you want from this car) and I can help you more.

speed for what. Look into a GSR engine swap (if you want really fast, youll need more money and exp. to get past a GSR swap) and only you can say what you like as far as looks. Check out the Appearance/Cosmetic section for ideas.

A GSR swap will require a diff tranny all together. If your gonna drag, you need a manual tranny. You need to read up on Auto-Manual swap, and there is an engine swap sticky at the top of the forum that will tell you lots of general info on the engine swaps available.
