i dont know whats wrong
 

hey everyone i'm new here and i need to find out some answers. this morning on my way to work my car started to shake and act like it wanted to die at the stoplights only when i was ideling but once i gave it a little gas it would be ok. then when i got to work right as i was getting in ti my parking spot it died and the battery and oil light flashed on. i dont know whats wrong. oh yeah i drive a 96 civic hatchback cx

didi you try to start it up again. if it didnt want to start ie didnt crank. then it was your alternator and battery. when the alternator goes the car starts running off the battery then teh battery dies, becasue its supposed to be getting recharge by the alternator. change both and you should be set. csot me 200 bucks total and i did it last week. i had the same exact problem
