i dont know anything about cars!...need help with windows!

need help with windows!
well not the actual window, the little flap thing that keeps the air out of the car when you go at higher speeds. i just need to know what it is and where i can get one. i have a 92 civic hatch if that helps.

its vertical, at the end of the door or between the door and the rear quarter panel. i think its a flap thing. it looks like a black strip but i don't know what its called.
