like i said i did a search and came up with nothing ......I know that i can use a civic ex 1999 engine warness but I didnt found anybody that wrote a complete how-to....anybody has a how to or a website that tells a complete how to......thanks for the info

Sensors on the obd2a enging should be the same. So basicly all you will have to do when using a OBD2b Ex harness is add the IAB wiring, extend a few wires, and if you are using an OBD2 ecu add in the wiring for the second o2 sensor, since Ex's don't have it part of the engine harness like the way dx, lx, cx civics do.

You will also have to switch the IAT sensor plug from the Ex harness to the plug from the GSR harness.

FYI I used 00 Si harness with 00 GSR engine in 00 cx which is basicly the same thing you are doing.

ITs all really very simple, a writeup isn't necessary. Would recommend a helms though to clear up any specific questions.
