I did not know this, but...
...if you have an A'pex-i VAFC and you unplug it when you leave your car, the car will not start up unless you plug the VAFC back in.
Just thought i'd share that with you guys.

really? i accidentally left mine unplugged and when i went to start the car it just kept cranking and cranking.

just something i was told. that it is not real good to unplug and plug your vafc alot. heard it can cause the plug to wear and losen and get bad voltage readings. i used to do it alot and my tuner said he had had to cut out the plug and wire it direct because of this. so i just hid it.
