Default i/c piping question

i am just wondering because people tell me different things about i/c piping sizes. i was looking on spoolinperformance at i/c piping and i saw piping for my ek that was 2'' from turbo to i/c, and 2.25 from i/c to intake. just wondering what difference i/c piping size makes.people tell me that to small starves your engine when your looking for high horsepower, and too big creates turbo lag... is this true?and does a larger i/c create lag? thanks

the way you put it makes sence, but lots of thing can play a roll in lag and starvtion. depends on set-up, i guess the 2.5 works for me.

i believe on garretts website they have a calculator for what size piping you need for what hp rating. but your 2" piping is just fine.
