I buy two doors Civic Type R for my EK
I want to buy two CTR electric doors for my EK 2000
I think that i need the wiring of the civic SI 99-00 which leaves the fuses boxes to the electric door.
I need someone who already made that kind of conversion.
Anybody knows what i need to do ?

I don't get it...if you buy doors from a CTR, it will be designed for the drivers side to be on the right, which wouldnt work for you unless you have a RHD conversion?

Also, if he goes with the CTR mirrors, the mirrors are going to be reversed. USDM mirrors have a convex mirror for the passenger, and the RHD cars have the convex mirror where our drivers side mirror is.
Also, the main controls (drivers and passenger side mirror and window controls) would be on the passenger side as well.
I'd suggest trying for a set of panels out of something with electric, and then recovering the panels in red tweed or something if you're interested in the black/red combo.

You can change only the mirror after, same dimension like acura 1.6EL

Ya !!! I don't think it's a problem, What are you doing when you have a manuel door ?
You have right, and i know that...
The problem is only about wiring, I think that i will connect everything by my self, one wire per wire.

I look the mirrors of the civic type R and I notice that they do not have a convex mirror like USDM passenger side

Re: I buy two doors Civic Type R for my EK (hondastreet)
I will call honda tomorow to obtain a price for wire with electric power windows/mirrors option.
But the civic type R mirror are swivelling or electric folding. So if i buy 99-00 SI wires, this option will not function any more.

oh, i see. Most of the people that bash on grammar/spelling on here are highschool dropouts anyway and shouldn't comment on something they do below average.
