Default Hydro to cable, conversion

Who makes it I thought hasport made it but could not find it on the webpage. Also did a HT search only found cable to hydro conversion. And also i have a ls vtec with ls tranny, I found a guy that will tradea b16 tranny straight up but its a cable. I heard that in some cases a cable can be better than a hydro. What are yalls take on this and is it worth it. or should i try something else.

Curt
Thanks in advance.

Hasport does make a kit to put a cable tranny in a hydro car. I have one on my hatch. I will look around and see if I can find the part number for you man because mine has been in the car a while.

As far as impressions, I have one cable and one hydro and I like the feel of the cable better, feels right to me. The hydro seems a bit sloppy although I have never had problems out of either.

i have not really had any problems either. Just i know if i get a b16 or typeR trannies. will wake my motor up alot. I hear you can adjust a cable alot better also, and is there a way to hide that massive cable, I dont want it hangin all over the engine. ya know.

You don't have the cable at all anymore, it's actually a bracket that bolts onto the tranny housing and still uses your hydro actuator, you are just using a cable tranny, not the cable itself.

it is EGBCC if that helps. I have one but I don't have the slave bracket and the push rod, and I just called them. They said they wouldn't sell the stuff separately. ****.
