You'll have to add in a knock sensor, also. After that, I think you're done. I've not done the swap, but I do have an HX and I've done my fair share of research.
EDIT: I'm not sure about the butterflies also. Is there some sort of wiring you have to do to wire those to the GSR ECU?

**** dude, I can't think of the pin off the top of my head, but I know there is a thread or two on here. Search something like "sensor conversion" or "5 wire o2 conversion" or something like that.

Re: HX swap wiring help? (EJ7)
or i can just use the o2 that is on the b18c
so is the vx and the hx o2 setup identical?
other than the obd1 and obd2 difference?
i just want to know exactly what im doing before i embark on this task cause i want to do it right and have this reliable

when i did my vx to ls, i used the integra harness. so all that was needed for me was to yank the o2 signal lead from the wideband/egr harness plug and stick it into the regular harness location for the 4 wire o2 sensor. i think the hx should be similar, but are you using the hx harness to do your swap?

Your easiest way to do the swap is find a US GSR harness, they are usually available for about 150 used. I don't have the pinout and locations for the HX and GSR or I'd help you.

Re: (Mistamike17)
OK, got to looking at my Haynes... Long story short... It has wiring diagrams in the back for both vehicles. Basically, what I'm going to give you directions to do is to rewire the HX primary O2 to an EX primary O2 and it should work since the pin outs for the EX and GSR should be the same for OBD2a.
There are 7 wires that go into the female plug nearest to the primary 5 wire O2 sensor. The way it sits, there are 4 wires that are pinned on the side of the sensor nearest the front of the car and 3 in the back. The 3 in the back are not used for the EX sensor. They are extra wires that give the 5 wire O2 the wideband function.
What you're gonna do is take the GSR O2 sensor and splice it in on the ECU side of the female plug with the 7 wires. The colors of the 4 front wires should match up with the 4 wires on the sensor and you'll be in the clear. The only thing you have to watch out for is that there are two black wires. One of them is the heater control wire that will eventually find its way to your ECU and the other will go to a junction box that will supply the 12V needed to run the sensor. I'm thinking the ECU wire just acts as a ground when the ECU tells it to, so you might be in good shape either way you wire it since they seem to be wired in series inside the sensor from what this diagram is telling me. However, use extreme caution in this. I can't warn you enough to use common sense when wiring this stuff in.
I have some pics of the plugs if you need them, but they're on my gf's camera so I don't have the connector to get them on my computer.
Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Re: (Mistamike17)
ok now im looking at the two wiring harnesses, there is a wire in the middle of the injector wiring, what the hell is this or is it even needed.
also there is a one wire sensor that had a rubber boot arounf it, what sensor is that?

it isnt hard to convert the HX harness to 4wire...I did it in about 15 minutes. What I did was used the HELMS and found what each wire did on the harness side.
I took a 4wire harness side plug and spliced in. The ONLY wire I used from the original 7wires was the white one.
Then one wire went to the yel/blk wire on the #4 injector wiring,
one wire went to the thermostat (I forget which wire but I think it was green...i can check)
and then one went to the A6 pinout
I t has been awhile since I did this so I can recheck my work. I did a write up on it (no pictures though)
