I am trying to figure out what type of exhaust I need to order, but most applications mention it is either for a ex or lx/dx. The question is which of these two choices would be a better direct fit? I just want to make sure before ordering the wrong piece. Thanks.

you want the one for the ex. the hx has the catalytic converter right after the exhaust manifold.

If your talking about a catback system, get the EX one as stated previously. But you're going to need an EX cat or testpipe as well.

My brother's HX: DC header for EX, resonated testpipe for EX, Greddy catback for EX.

Direct fit would be the DX/LX.

Just go with custom exhaut, it's cheap and gives the hp u need, just get it piped the way u want it.

i have a ex cat back on mine with no problem if you wana run a header i used a hx i just had to get a second o2 sencers thing welded on it and streched the wires down to make it reach
