Default Hunting idle y7/y8 mini-me, also slight hesitation.

Alright,
So here is the setup;
1999 d16y7 Stock Block
1999 Manual dx Hatchback
1998 d16y8 Head with crower stage 1 Cam
2000 d16y8 Intake Manifold with 2 Wire Iacv Blocked for now (until I get a manual p2p) (air injection welded closed)
1999 d16y8 auto p2p ecu
y7 throttle body with y8 rotor
aem short ram intake

Now here is the problem,
If I install the 2 wire IACV and do the conversion the car does a really annoying idle surging. like 1600-1800 rpm really rapidly.

Now I reinstalled the y7 throttle body with IACV installed and blocked off the 2 Wire IACV.
The problem is that it will not idle properly it will stall on it face sometimes and sometimes will idle at a rock solid 800 rpm and sometimes will hunt between 200rpm and 1200 rpm.... and then sometimes between 600 and 1300 rpm this is super confusing, there are no MIL's either other than the one for the Transmission missing

Also there is a slight rapid hesitation under light throttle acceleration, about 10-20% throttle. if I find that spot and hold it there the engine surges slightly. Anybody have any ideas?

I am positive it does not have a vacume leak, New gaskets, new hoses, and pulls very constant and steady vacume when I can get it to idle at 800 rpm.
but thanks for the suggestion.
anybody have it?

The auto p2p ecu will not work with a 2-wire iacv. When you converted back to the 3-wire iacv, did you re-wire it correctly? Also, are you using the y8 injectors or the y7 injectors?

The coolant system is bled, also this just came up when I did a code scan;
So now the car is bouncing arround 5000rpm as if it were hitting the rev limiter. Anybody with any ideas? I also just got a code for Electrical Load Detector High Input. I have a Canadian Car without that particular sensor in the Alternator we only have the Low Input Load detector, would this cause my problems? I am not sure about the whole ecu thing Because it does the same thing with my y7 p2e computer. Cannot quite figure it out.

How about knock sensor? Did you buy one and properly hook it up?

yup bought one there was already a hole threaded and all in my block for it. hoocked it up properly, the ecu does not through a code for tha either... infact it did when I forgot to plug it in, I did and the code never reapeared. so I assume it is working properly. any other suggestions... the thing that is pissing me off most is the random surging/stuttering at random rpms somtimes it is at 2500 rpm sometimes at 1500 somtimes at 5000 don't
