You would be screwed out of 500 dollars unless you payed via paypal or maybe a credit card. If you paid with cash you're probably screwed.

Contact paypal or your credit card company if you used one or the other. Good luck.

That's not really all that amazing, but a good deal nonetheless. I hope everything works out for you, I'm currently going through the same thing.

Their are legit people here..Not all though. If you buy something on here, if they don't ship it make sure you can go drive there and see them.

File a buyer complaint through paypal.

I did that. Seller gets 10 days to respond to your claim, if he doesn't reply then you win the claim. If he does reply, just supply paypal with your supporting arguments and attempts to reach the buyer (ie. emails, IM's, MSN, etc).

Paypal charges you $10 to get money back.......in my case i paid the seller $330, and paypal refunded me $320.

I was happy.

Paypal

how long have you givin the guy to get you the motor....specifically

i ship alot of stuff...and shipping a swap to you would cost some money...if you paypal'd him 500 shipped for a swap...it would atleast be 100 or more to ship ATLEAST....i don't want to not believe your story...but it hardly seems like this guy was getting a deal or "ripping" you off....just be patient...but i can see your complaint on not atleast talking to the guy....

I have seen the original for sale thread, he said he got a discount and shipping was 50 bucks. And I think he called it sold in the thread a month ago.

"discount" shipping......wow...50 bucks......and it was sold a month ago....

the frieght shipping part is true...it would take a while for the motor to show up. hell this "company" 10 days just to get me my wheels after i already paid for them and they claimed to have 80 some sets in stock...weird...

after reading it all maybe you did get ripped...cause even if you do have a "hook-up" on shipping who honestly says that......seems fishy...

I once got ripped for $40. It either got lost in shipping, it's still stuck in customs, or he scammed me. I just stopped caring. But I am only out 40, you are out 500.

Does he list his email in his profile? Try emailing him.

one thing sucks about paypal is that if the other guy or party doesn't have any cash in his account then paypal cant do a damn thing...i got scammed one time and i file a complaint w/ paypal and all they told me that the other part doesn't have any fund in his account so they can refund my money back until he put some in.. btw, gl getting your money back...f*ck all scammers and theives, they all should get shot by my 12 gauge
