What else can i do to a 98 civic DX to get more power besides I/H/E. everyone says ECU wont do much so.... Thanks ive got alittle cheese to work with

DX.....Turbo/NOS/or SUPERCHARGE. All a waste of money on a dx engine....save up and swap the sucker...then save some more and turbo.
