i dont think it is a stupid question once a read a guy gettin 450whp out of b18c5 it was engine n/a, i thought to myself how was this done , if u dont want to be helpful dont post

in the end how much hp could u get out of a n/a b18c5? 500hp, what about non n/a b18c5?
Staying N/A, again it depends on the $$$. You could get up to 500 HP but we are talking, GE blocks, race fuel, ported everything......

HP doesnt only come out of mods.
Tuning is the key.
You need to locate a good tuner or learn to do it yourself (if you dont know how, learn but don't do it by yourself.
