hp gains..
i got the stock y7 motor in my car and was wonderin if it was possible to get like a 15-20 hp gain w/o a motor swap...jus some basic mods and maybe somethin else

yes it's possible, but whats the point? i mean even if you gained 15-20 whp on your y7 you're still going to get passed up by completely stock B16s/B18s. or even mildly modded sohc VTEC motors.

You can run 14's with a Y7. Start with a Y8 or Z6 transmission, then do headwork (porting/cam/valvetrain), then get high compression pistons. The easiest and cheapest way to make your Y7 fast...ZEX 55 shot
