How is your setup on your B20 and what you run in the 1/4 im about to get my b20z long block in a few weeks just seeing how yall got it setup

Do you mean a full b20 or do you mean a b20 vtec? a bone stock b20 isn't going to be all too fast....mid-low 15's i'm guessing depending on the tranny etc.

well it just completely depends on how the build up is. 13's for sure unless it's tuned like butt, easily low 13's, high 12's tuned good, and pretty easily mid-low 12's with good tuning and traction! i've seen a few run 11's on slicks

i was wondering who did your swap since your in nyc and how much hp do you have, also what o u think a stock b20b with a skunk2 intake manifold,drag turbo kit,apexi ws exhaust,and 10-12psi in a 93 h/b what do you think it would run

in my beater i have a non vtec b20b. crower 62404's, springs, retainers, 8500 rev limit. 170 hsp to the wheels and runs high 13's on street tires. 99-100 mph in the 1/4.

15's with an LS tranny, but with a GSR tranny it will run 14.5 (stock B20Z, w/LS intake manifold, header in an EG)

im always thinking that those b20 non vtec can make some power all motor,i think everything is in their bore 84mm thats big!!oh,by the way do you rev your b20 to that high 8,500?

i have, but usually 8100-8200 keeps me in a good power band.

His head is built, so revving that high is ok , but if you rev that high on a stock b20, you wont have a b20 for long.

depends on alot of things.....driver, injectors, size/quality of turbo set up, tuning, slicks, street tires, track condition, pump gas/race gas,..........

i guess you could run anywhere from high 11's to 15's.

these are only estimates

@ 10-12lbs on pump gas/street tires - low 13's
@ 10-12lbs on pump gas/slicks - mid 12's

you could run more boost w/race gas but you might want to go with bigger injectors to get the most power. 370's/440's. with that and race gas and slicks you would hit 11's.

well right know im building an ls/vtec,je 9:1,eagle rods,block guard,honda bearings,gsr oil pump,b16a2 head.so what kind of hp should i get with this set up? i know the compression is low but it's cause will be turbolater on the road

you could make decent power. depends on the size of your turbo, your fuel delivery, and your engine management. incognito(h/t) ran 11's. i'm sure you could make 300-400 hsp easy.

i gotta b20z crower rods wiseco 12.5 comp gsr head jun 3 head package, ported head jg headers and manifold and your other basic bolt on junk and chip ecu. I'm making 220hp and run 12.2 on slicks at 110 mph. The car is a 94 vx hatch weighs in at around 2350. I shift at around 8900 rpm.

Friend here has 93 CX w/ B20B, T3/T4 turbo, spearco intercooler, blitz BOV, 3" thermal exhaust, 12psi, dynoed 249whp, 210trq. Ran 13.8 on street tires spinning thru 4th.

you should be able to better that. my friend only had 210 to the wheels w/his crvtec and went 12.00 in a hatch on slicks. probably weighted around 2300 with him in it.
