Default how worried should i be?? need advice

ok so i baught my car pretty cheap with a fresh b16 put in (was already a del sol vtec model) but i was looking over a few things today that got me worried. first the radiator fan isnt plugged in and i cant find where to plug it in... (motor has never read past mid point on temp gauge) and then some random wires that arent connected kinda got me worried and also one of the bolts on my valve cover is broken? here are some pics so you can get the picture..

snapped screw on valve cover..

one looks like a stereo plug and other idk (its a round connecter though)

same things as pictured above..

old alarm wires??

radiator fan plug..

the radiator plug should be right on the left side of the radiator, if looking from the front. those wire look like old alarm wires. does eberything work? see if you can trace any of them. the broken bolt wont cause much but a little oil leak, no biggie but just get it fixed asap if the sight of oil leaking bothers you. i know it would bother me.

Looks like an OBD2-OBD1 conversion, manuelly. Those extra plugs you may be finding are not used in OBD1

The rad fan would attach to the back of the engine. It doesn't stay on all of the time....It comes on only when it needs to.
