how to wire vtec 92 eg
ok i have a 92 dx hatch i know nothing about vtec i have a 95 ls block with a gsr head im going to put in it but i dont know how or where to wire the vtec i tryed searching but i cant seem to find anything also im using a 95 ls harness thanks in advance

thank you also someone said that 92 only hatchbacks are already wired for knock sens and presure sensor does anyone kno if thats tru?? thanks in advance

i dont really know im gonna find out i bought the complete ls/vtec swap with ecu out of a wrecked hatch i asked a local shop how much to wire up the vtec and they said 180

As stated, Wire up the solenoid and pressure switch. If it throws the knock you will just be without vtec, no harm there you just need to know if it is disabled. Are you sure its even chipped? If not it will still run your car and won't require a knock sensor anyways as all p28's never used the knock.

No,none of the 92-95 civics will be pre wired for knock, since none of them have it. Knock sensor has to be the easiest one of them to wire, 1 wire straight to the ecu to a pin. You can choose to wire it into the vehicle harness, or just run a wire and make it look clean. VERY EASY.
edit, just read you had a p28, so you won't have to wire a knock sensor, since they don't have a knock board in there.
