How to wire horn for Ek JDM Non-SRS steering wheel
I have searched everywhere for how to wire the horn for a 1996-2000 civic. I bought the JDM non-srs and cant figure out how to wire the horn up. I already purchased the shoe horn. BTW I have seen this thread..but seems a little different for the EK. Thanks.

Re: How to wire horn for Ek JDM Non-SRS steering wheel (MADEinJAPAN)
I have a JDM civic steeering hub, mounted to a sparco steering wheel, I had to figure out how to run the wire so that it will still work with turning. Since i had to move the cruise, I spliced into the wire on the cruise, (which is the same one for the horn) and ran that wire up the steering column. where I unscrewed the cable rell thingy. I ran a thin piece of metal from one screw to the other with a sharp bend in the middle. It made for like a bumpercar efect, u know the way they have that hook thing that touches the roof. Anyway, I made that so that it touches the metal part on the back of the steering hub. Works great. you can turn and the horn works. Kind of a rig job but it works fine.
