How to tighten Alternator pulley bolt?

How do you tighten the alternator pulley bolt? Figured out that's what the rattling noise was...I mean there's no room at all to get in there and wouldn't it just spin if I tryed to tighten?

ouch... get some expensive tool or remove it from the car. i think those are the only options

see if theres play in the shaft. The bearings might be shot, causing it to move around.

The bolt is loose, i can spin it around haha.

then just take the thing off from the bottom, tighten it and be done!
