Default How to tell JDM d15b from a Mini-Me motor

I was told my motor was the JDM d15b. I just recently realized my v-tec wasn't kicking in. after reading a write up on the mini-me motor, I am just wondering if i have a usdm d15b with a z6 head, and the oil jet wasn't taken out. Is there anyway to tell if the motor is real JDM?

USDM motors have a number after the engine code. so if its D15B then its JDM. D15B7 would be USDM. so yours is legit

Are you asking if you have a USDM head?
