How to take of Steering Wheel
Yes i did a serch and nothing.
Ok The wiper switch on my firends hatch is kinda broken and he wants to put anohter swith in. We already got the switch for free so all we need to do know is take the wheel off right becasue that is how i got the new switch. Except the wheel was already off and i just had to take lout like two screw adn bang ther was a new switch for me. I just have no clue how to take the wheel off??? Any help would be appreciated.

***before you do anything, unhook neg. battery teminal and wait 5 minutes-then unplug the airbag(applies only if equipped) under the column.
1-locate and remove the small plastic covers on the back of the wheel(9 and 3 o'clock-i think)
2-remove the screww/bolts that hold on the center cover or airbag(if equipped)
3-remove the center cover or airbag
4-you'll see the bolt you'll need to remove to take off the wheel
5-for next project, buy a factory manual for the car! Everything is in there.

WOW.....exactly what i needed JG. Before I even start to take the wheel off what is the size of the nut or bolt that is securing the wheel,
Sorry my friend didn't get a manual with his hatch. Thank you very much thats it all i needed. By the way where in MI do you live I got friends who live in Beverley Hills, small town, near Southfeild and Deerborne and I go there every summer, whatever, thanks
