Liar, we all know you got a JDM DC5 wheel.
and in my opinion the JDM DC5 doesnt flow with the interior of the car.. looks bulky. no offense peegreenhatch or darkknightwong and whoever else that has one

Helms ownz JoO.
Not too hard. Just remove your cruise control switch on the steering wheel and you will see some screws that have a star pattern like this * . Take them suckers out and your airbag will come out. Next you just remove the big nut on the middle of the steering wheel.

after you do the obvious, like removing the 17mm nut on the steering shaft, make sure everything is cleared, then pull the steering wheel off with left and right pulls towards your chest.
The wheel will not come straight off, you have to wiggle it and do the right arm pull, then the left arm pull towards your chest.
Its actually easy, it shouldnt take more than a minute.

Wow, anyone going to mention anything about the airbag?
This is personally the only thing I ever worry about when driving my car is the airbag, make sure you remove all power from the car and place the yellow clip inside the srs unit to make sure the airbag is disabled. If you haven't seen it before it is on the underside of your steering wheel.
After doing taking care of the srs unit, remove the cruise control if this applies to you. You're going to need a screwdriver which is octagon shaped but has edges that resemble a triangle. I forget the name of those, it's like axle or hexal screw. But this is what is needed to remove the airbag. Two screws like this on each side. Remove the airbag and this is where you will need a 15-17 mm nut (17mm) from what others wrote. The srs unit will force you to have to tilt the wheel back and forth as stated previously by someone else, but that this point the only thing remaining to do is remove the srs unit so the wheel will not just be hanging there. I apologize for not getting into detail, but it's been awhile since I have taken off a steering wheel and I never pay attention to exactly what tool I am using I just use it. Good luck when the time comes.
I'll time you cause it's not going to take one minute, but I am sure that was just generalization.

To remove you need a 17mm Socket and a T-30 Torx Bit. To remove the airbag. Loosen the nut on the wheel just alittle bit then pull otherwise the wheel will slam you in the face.
