how start at drag race?

how start at drag race?
how many rpm is better to stars at drag race on 1.5 civic? and how is better to take off clutch? for example if i start at 4000rpm should i take of clutch quickly? or half then give some gas and then take off all

it depends on your set up .. if your runnin full slicks with a good lsd its diffrent from street tires and an open diff... whats your set up

i hope you're running slicks with that 1.5! there is really no "how-to" on how to launch your car, every car is different in terms of clutch feel and driver ability, the best thing to do if i were you is find somewhere like a big deserted parking lot or back roads and learn how to launch it yourself....but don't stick around in the same place too long, it's hard to explain to the cops you are just trying to learn how to launch your car in a drag race.
