I thought JDM engines were illegal, so why try to put a legal kit on an illegal engine?

I thought JDM engines were illegal, so why try to put a legal kit on an illegal engine?

Get a Greddy kit, or look into getting one of the new Edlebrock kits that should be coming out this spring or summer. They look really promising. Ball Bearing turbo, Pre-Programmed ECU, New Edlebrock Victor X INTAKE manifold, and more.

Here is a link for one of their turbo kits.
